1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Adhyayan website, creating an account, authenticating via Google OAuth, or participating in our weekly writing meetups in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Community Conduct & Guidelines

Adhyayan is an open, inclusive, and reflective space for writers, readers, and thinkers. Members are expected to:

• Treat fellow participants, facilitators, and venue hosts with respect, courtesy, and empathy.
• Refrain from publishing or sharing hate speech, harassment, defamation, or illegal material.
• Respect the confidentiality of personal stories shared during offline reading circles.

3. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all original prose, poetry, essays, and stories you submit to Adhyayan.

By posting content on our website, you grant Adhyayan a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, store, and publish your work on the community website and archived recaps (including partner archives like the Chhattisgarh Archival Project), with attribution to your author name/handle.

4. Meetup RSVPs & Event Participation

Meetups hosted by Adhyayan are free and open gatherings. RSVPs are managed to ensure seating and venue capacity. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to weather, venue constraints, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Account Termination & Modification

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate community guidelines or engage in disruptive behavior. You may also request account deletion at any time by contacting support.
