a. Information You Provide directly

• Profile Information: Bio, location, preferred writing styles, Instagram handle, and profile picture/avatar uploads.
• User Content: Writing pieces, prose, poetry, item stories, RSVPs to meetups, and discussion comments.

b. Information from Google Sign-In (Google OAuth)

When you choose to register or sign in using Google OAuth, we request access only to your basic account info:

• Your full name (as registered with Google).
• Your primary email address.
• Your Google profile picture URL (used as your avatar).

We do NOT request access to your contacts, Google Drive, Gmail messages, or any other sensitive scopes.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information exclusively for the following purposes:

• Community Participation: To display your author profile alongside your published writings, comments, and RSVP status.

4. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your personal data as long as your account remains active. You have full control over your data:

• You can edit your profile information, bio, and avatar at any time from your Profile page.
• You can edit or delete your submitted writings and comments.
• If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you can request deletion by contacting us at our email below.

5. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers for basic operations:

• Google Identity Services (OAuth 2.0): For user authentication.
• OpenStreetMap: To embed interactive maps for meetup venues.
• Chhattisgarh Archival Project (CAP): For public archiving of community session summaries with author consent.
