Habitual hegemony plays a very important role in our society and in our lives. The family where we born has its own rules and customs, which we learn to follow from childhood.
However, with times we develop our own opinions, likes and dislikes. Then, some of these habits make us question whether they are right or wrong and whether they need to be changed. But when we try to change them, we often face many questions and opposition from our family and society.
We can follow those that are meaningful and beneficial. However, I believe that some customs definitely need to be changed.
There are some social customs that need to be changed. For example, when someone dies in a family, there is a tradition of inviting a large number of people to the Shraddha ceremony and serves different types of food to the guests.I believe that this practice should be stopped.
We should respect traditions, but we should also have the courage to question and change those customs that are unnecessary.
